What does the Candidates Survey look like?

A Candidate survey is comprised of two parts, Part 1 is a Personality questionnaire containing 50 Questions.


Designed around the Big 5 Personality Model, a recognised, validated, and reliable index that enables us to understand how different personalities can affect individuals & groups. 


The results of which are assessed against the Job Role, provided by an occupational taxonomy database - a catalogue of over 37,000 job roles that have been scientifically researched to determine the ideal personalities and attributes best suited for the specific job functions and the demands of the role.


Candidates are asked to rate a number of statements which helps to determine their personality profile using a 5-point scale. Full Instructions are shown on the platform.

Part 2 of a Candidate survey is a Workplace Preference & Values questionnaire comprised of 39 Questions.


Devised to assess a candidate’s compatibility with the Culture of the organisation/team they’re being
interviewed for. These results are cross-referenced against the Hiring Manager’s Workplace Culture survey, which defines the Culture of the Hiring Manager’s team and their working environment.


Candidates are asked to rate a number of statements about their cultural preferences at work, using a 10-point scale. Full Instructions are shown on the platform.
