If the user chooses "View Profile = yes" when creating a job or inviting candidates to complete the assessments this will mean the candidates are able to view their report profile following an assessment.
Candidates can choose to download their report as a pdf document. They are provided with analysis and charting on their Work Styles and Cultural Preferences.
Work Styles - This contains the results of a big 5 personality assessment that can be used to
determine your pre-disposition to certain behavioural traits in the workplace. Your scores are compared
to the general population, with your location on 5 scales identified. There is no good or bad location on
any of the 5 scales, there is only whether you are more toward one end of a scale or another for each
trait compared to other people.
Cultural Preferences - This contains an aggregation of your responses to questions regarding 13
cultural factors, and how much each of those mean to you. These can be used to determine what matters
most to you in an organisation, and should inform your decision-making in selecting an organisation that is right for you. Again, there is no good or bad cultural preference score, only what is most appropriate
for you. The below is example images of what a candidate will see.
