Note: We frequently make improvements to the platform, the UI and Layout may alter fairly regularly however the functional principles will remain the same, we will update the guides with new imagery where appropriate!


Report Overview

There is now a new Job Profile Page: there are two new charts, and you have the option to expand these charts to view larger images and further detail.  


The 2 new charts are: A role profile chart, showing the Personality profile for the chosen role, presenting the relative importance of each trait. And a A Team dynamics Chart, showing initially the Top5 Values for the Team (the Hiring manager/team benchmark profile) the expand shows all 13 Values.



As you scroll down you see the the Top candidates table, where you can choose to view Top5, Top10 etc. 


In addition there is a list of all candidates for the Job this is where you link through to the active candidate reporting. You can Shortlist candidates here with the Asterix and you can toggle between all and shortlisted with the relevant buttons.


Note: Those marked with an Asterix are Shortlisted candidates.



Role Fit - Work Styles

Once you click on a candidate from the All Candidates table The new candidate profile view contains a chart that shows the candidates fit for the fit statuses, an overall description of the candidate, candidate insights, and their fit for the role. Hover-Over the chart to view the Fit Thresholds.



As you scroll down you will be able to view the the Candidates Trait Scores, versus the Population, and versus the Role

You will observe that for each chart, at the end of the descriptive paragraph is ? tooltip that shows the Chart Guide which goes into more depth about how to interpret and read the chart.




Report Export

When exporting a report, there are now two options to choose from:


The Full Candidate Report includes a combination of the insights and charts from the new look Candidate report. You can still choose which sections to include to make it as comprehensive or succinct as you need


The Interview Guide cuts out the supporting info, and provides just an overview of the candidate and the suggested questions. Again, you can choose whether to include Role Fit, Team Fit, or both. And there are choices of Word document or PDF.
