Job reporting - Candidate Profile

Once a job is created, and Candidates and Hiring Manager start to complete the assessments you can click on "View Report"

The user will then be shown the Overview with the Top candidates

By clicking on any of the candidates in this overview page, the candidate will be shown against the Role and Team. 

Users can view the Candidate profile by clicking on the View button under the candidates name. This will then show the Candidates profile, showing both the Role Fit and Team fit summary.

Work Styles

Upon Scrolling down there is a Work Styles Section, which looks at the candidates Role Fit, where users can view the Role Fit Profile, Overview and Insights.

Further down analysis of the Candidate against the role with Job Fit composition and Insights will be shown:

Keep scrolling to view the candidates profile versus the general population, Stanine charts are shown for each of the personality traits and where the candidate sits in relation to the scale:

Under each Stanine is the ability to view further more in-depth analysis by clicking on "Explain this chart to me" and users can see candidate insights, and click through for the same on each of the personality traits.

Users can also click on the Chart Guide tab which runs through a full explanation of the chart, what it is showing and how to interpret it.

Continue to scroll down to view the Interview Guide which provides some suggestion questions users may wish to ask candidates based on their level of Fit.

Scroll up to the Team Dynamics Tab to review the analysis on Cultural Preferences identifying the candidates Team Fit. The candidates Team Fit profile, Overview and Insights are presented first.

There is the ability to view further more in-depth analysis by clicking on "Explain this chart to me" and users can see candidate insights, and click through for the same on each of the cultural values.

Users can toggle between Role Dynamics and Team Dynamics for the applied candidate, and can also switch candidates, select a candidate from the list or Clear all candidates and start again.
