Safety Behaviours Evaluation - Creating a Job with the Safety Section

MyPeople Groups Safety Profiling Tool builds on our proven candidate assessment system, specifically focusing on safety behaviours. This psychometric evaluates candidates’ safety attitudes, matching them with your company’s culture and safety framework, ensuring the right fit from the start.

Dependent on your contract, and permissions you can create a safety behaviours evaluation direct from your MyPeople platform. The Safety evaluation is available when creating a "Leadership Job" 


You can choose to include other complementary evaluations with the safety profiling tool.


Work Styles - Fit to Role: Personality/behavioural matching for specific roles (e.g. COSS/PIC).

Values/Work Environment - Fit to Team/Site:  Behaviour and values alignment to existing team or site.


Creating a Job with the Safety Evaluation

Safety behaviours, depending on your contract and permissions is an available assessment section when creating a Leadership job.


Once logged into the platform, click on the actions and choose "Create Leadership Job" - This type of job includes the ability to choose the "Safety" Assessment Section



Add all the required details, choosing the assessment sections you require, dependent on your contract/permissions you may be able to include other sections than the Safety section. You may well see Work Styles and Values and you can choose to include or exclude depending on your project.


You can choose which sections you wish to include, bearing in mind that the choices you make here will have an effect on the setup and subsequent reporting. For example if you include Safety only, there will of course be no evaluation on Values, and work styles sent to the candidates. If you choose or only have access to "Safety" then the candidate will receive a short evaluation to determine their attitude and safety behaviours, this will take them an absolute maximum of 10 minutes to complete.



Once you set the details of the Job, click on "Save" to be presented with the next stage of the Job creation process.



Candidates

You now add candidates, either manually or by upload, and then setup the Teams for the Values element of the job. 


With leadership jobs you can have multiple teams and they can be either Direct Reports, Peers, or Other.


You can add candidates manually, upload them via a downloadable template, and even select from existing candidates. 


If an existing candidate is chosen then any completed assessment will be re-used. If they have not completed all of the sections relevant to the job they will be sent an invite to complete whichever assessment section/s they still need to complete for the job. 


If however they have previously completed all assessment sections then all data will be re-used and no further assessments will need to be sent for completion.



Once your candidates have been added, you will need to configure the Teams to complete the Safety Behaviours evaluation and any other complementary assessment sections you have included in the job build.


Teams

You can create multiple teams, either by adding Manually or from a previously completed EVA (our Culture questionnaire)



Note: Each Team can have multiple participants in them, however participants cannot overlap teams. 


Any team member added here will complete the Safety Behaviours assessment, as well as any other Assessments you have chosen in the Job Build.
